Broker Authority

Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC operates as a licensed auto transport broker and logistics coordinator under the authority of R&R Global Logistics (MC #1151143-B). The Company does not own or operate trucks and arranges transportation exclusively through licensed and insured third-party motor carriers.

1. Role of the Company

The Company arranges vehicle transport services on behalf of the customer using third-party carriers. Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC is not the actual carrier and assumes no liability for damage caused by the carrier.

2. Quoted Rates

Quotes are based on:

• Vehicle size, operability, and condition

• Accurate pickup and delivery addresses

• Target transport timeframe

Quoted prices are subject to change based on market conditions, driver availability, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• Deposit: Charged once your order is placed.

• Balance: Paid to the carrier upon delivery, typically via cash, cashier’s check, or another pre-approved method.

• Credit Card Payments: All credit card transactions are subject to an additional 3.65% processing fee.

• Delinquency: In case of non-payment, the customer agrees to pay all collection costs, legal fees, and court expenses incurred by Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather

• Mechanical issues

• Driver schedules or traffic conditions

The Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays or changes.

5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Customers must:

• Be present for both pickup and delivery (or designate someone)

• Complete and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) with the driver at both ends

• Ensure the vehicle is clean for inspection

• Remove all personal items unless pre-approved (extra charges may apply)

6. Insurance Coverage

All assigned carriers must maintain cargo insurance. In the event of damage:

• Damage must be noted on the BOL at the time of delivery

• Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier’s insurance provider

• Road Runner Vehicle Transports will assist but is not financially responsible for damages

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before Driver Assignment / Shipping Day: Full refund is available if the order is canceled before the shipping day.

• On Shipping Day (with driver assigned): A $200 cancellation fee will be charged.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text) to Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC.

• Credit card payments are subject to a 3.65% processing fee.

8. Inoperable or Modified Vehicles

Additional fees may apply for:

• Non-operational vehicles

• Oversized or altered vehicles (e.g., lifted, lowered)

Customers must disclose such conditions prior to booking.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Being available or appointing someone at pickup and delivery

• Ensuring vehicle accessibility

• Promptly updating Road Runner of any changes

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or rescheduling charges.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. Legal matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC serves strictly as a broker.

Summary of Refund & Payment Policy

• Full refund only if canceled before shipping day.

• $200 fee if canceled on shipping day with a driver assigned.

• Credit card payments incur a 3.65% processing fee.
