TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC
By placing an order and executing this agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC (“Company”), which govern all transportation logistics services coordinated through the Company.
Transportation Authority & Operational Role
Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC provides transportation logistics management and vehicle relocation coordination services nationwide. The Company operates under the federally authorized authority of R&R Global Logistics(MC #1151143-B).
The Company functions as a transportation specialist overseeing carrier qualification, regulatory compliance verification, dispatch coordination, shipment monitoring, and customer communication throughout the transportation process.
All physical transportation services are performed by independent, licensed, and insured motor carriers operating under appropriate FMCSA authority.
1. Role of the Company
Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC manages the end-to-end logistics process associated with vehicle relocation. The Company facilitates carrier assignment, oversees shipment coordination, and provides operational oversight to support efficient and compliant transportation execution.
The Company does not own transport equipment and does not physically transport vehicles.
2. Quoted Rates
Quotes are based on:
Vehicle size, operability, and condition
Accurate pickup and delivery locations
Target shipment time frame
Current market supply and carrier availability
Quoted prices may be adjusted if inaccurate information is provided or if market conditions materially change prior to carrier assignment.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Deposit:
A service fee is charged once order is placed.
Balance:
The remaining transport balance is paid directly to the assigned motor carrier at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Credit Card Processing Fee:
All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.95% non-refundable processing fee. This fee covers third-party merchant processing costs and is earned upon transaction authorization. Processing fees are not refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Non-Payment:
In the event of non-payment, the Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney fees, court expenses, and related recovery costs incurred by the Company.
Improper chargebacks initiated without first following the dispute resolution process may constitute breach of contract.
4. Pickup & Delivery Timeframes
Pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Mechanical issues
Traffic, road closures, or regulatory restrictions
Carrier scheduling adjustments
The Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate status updates in a timely manner.
5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
The Customer (or designated representative) must:
Be present at pickup and delivery
Complete and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) at both pickup and delivery
Ensure the vehicle is clean for inspection
Remove personal items unless pre-approved
Failure to properly note damage on the BOL at delivery may limit the ability to file a damage claim.
6. Insurance & Claims
All assigned carriers are required to maintain active cargo insurance coverage.
In the event of damage:
Damage must be documented on the BOL at delivery
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier’s insurance provider
Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC will assist with claim documentation but is not the insurer and is not financially responsible for cargo loss or damage.
7. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Full refund is available if the order is canceled prior to carrier assignment and before the scheduled shipping day.
If canceled on the scheduled shipping day after a carrier has been assigned, a $200 administrative fee applies.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text confirmation.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
8. Inoperable, Oversized, or Modified Vehicles
Additional charges may apply for:
Non-operational vehicles
Lifted, lowered, oversized, or modified vehicles
Vehicles with mechanical issues affecting loading
Failure to disclose material vehicle condition may result in re-pricing or cancellation.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
Ensure pickup and delivery accessibility
Maintain availability during scheduled transport windows
Promptly notify the Company of any changes
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or rescheduling fees.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute prior to initiating legal proceedings.
Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Venue for any legal action shall be exclusively in the State of Florida.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, rental expenses, storage fees, or delay-related damages.
Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount of the service fee paid to the Company for the shipment.
12. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather
Natural disasters
Government actions
Road closures
Mechanical failure
Traffic delays
Acts of God
Such events shall not constitute breach of this Agreement.
13. Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
The parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree arbitration shall be the sole remedy.
14. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By authorizing payment, the Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first providing written notice and allowing the Company 10 business days to resolve the issue.
Improper chargebacks may constitute breach of contract. The Customer agrees to reimburse the Company for chargeback fees, administrative costs, collection expenses, and legal fees.
15. Electronic Acceptance
Electronic signatures, digital confirmations, text approvals, and online submissions shall constitute legally binding acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Road Runner Vehicle Transports LLC (“Company”) serves as a logistics coordinator and broker, arranging for the transportation of vehicles through third-party licensed and insured motor carriers. The Company does not operate trucks or transport vehicles directly.
2. Quoted Rates
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking, including:
– Vehicle type, operability, size, and condition
– Exact pickup and delivery locations
– Desired shipping timeframe
Quotes are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, or incorrect details provided.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
A broker fee is only charged and due once a driver has been assigned to your shipment. We will notify you before taking payment.
This fee covers scheduling, dispatching, and customer service provided by Road Runner Vehicle Transports.
The remaining balance is typically paid directly to the carrier upon delivery, by cash, cashier’s check, or another agreed payment method.
4. Pickup & Delivery Dates
Requested pickup and delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or driver schedules. Road Runner will make reasonable efforts to communicate and coordinate updates as needed.
5. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
Clients must:
– Complete a visual inspection with the driver at pickup and delivery
– Note all pre-existing damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
Vehicles must be reasonably clean for inspection. No personal items may be left in the vehicle unless pre-approved; extra charges may apply.
6. Insurance Coverage
All contracted carriers maintain cargo insurance. In the event of damage:
– It must be noted on the BOL at delivery
– Claims must be filed with the carrier’s insurer
Road Runner will assist with the claims process but is not financially liable for damage caused by the carrier.
7. Cancellations
Once a driver is assigned, cancellations are subject to the full broker fee. Prior to assignment, you may cancel at no cost. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
8. Inoperable or Modified Vehicles
Extra charges may apply for:
– Non-running vehicles
– Oversized or modified vehicles (lifted/lowered, etc.)
Please disclose this information before booking.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
– Be present (or assign someone) at pickup and delivery
– Ensure vehicle access for the carrier
– Update us promptly with any changes to the pickup/delivery details
Failure to comply may result in delays or rescheduling charges.
10. Dispute Resolution
Customer agrees to attempt resolution of any disputes in good faith. Road Runner acts as a broker and is not the transporter. Legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
